For signs with raised copy, dimension or irregular shapes, injection molding offers a very cost effective alternative to fabricated signs. Multiple quantities of the same sign will be necessary to cover the cost of tooling and set up.

Here is an example of the economics of injection molding

50 pcs injection molded = 23% savings
100 pcs injection molded = 52% savings
500 pcs injection molded = 77% savings
1000 pcs injection molded = 79% savings

Custom injection molded signs are available in standard molded colors with hot foil colors on the copy and are ideal for interior applications. Custom colors can be formulated with appropriate lead time.Custom injection molded signs can also be painted and screened like fabricated signs at an increased cost but will work for exterior applications. Custom injection molded signs come standard with VHB tape for easy mounting.

Our typical plaques are 1/8 inch thick with raised hot foiled copy. Custom options for packaging into kits are also available for ease of installation
